  • There is a distinct difference between Editing and High-End Retouching even though they are used interchangeably by most people.

Editing is the process of basic color correcting and lighting adjustment.

High-End Retouching entails skin smoothening, blemish removal, deep color grading, and in-depth image modification.

  • Yes, additional retouched images can be purchased at an additional cost of $30/image.

  • Watermarked Proofs are the unedited JPEG images that have a watermark placed over them. The purpose of watermarked proofs is for the Client to review and select their final images that will go through High-End Retouching. Watermarked proofs are solely for the purpose of reviewing and selecting images, and not for personal use.

Unwatermarked Proofs are the unedited JPEG images that do not have a watermark placed over them. The purpose of unwatermarked proofs is for the Client to review and select their final images that will go through High-End Retouching. Unwatermarked images can also be downloaded for personal use.

  • Our policy regarding cancellations is that the Retainer for the booking date and time is non-refundable. However, we do allow for rescheduling up to 72 hours prior to the designated photoshoot date. If a cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the shoot date, a new photoshoot will need to be booked and the Retainer fee will still be required.
